As a Server at our sushi restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include greeting and seating guests, taking orders, and providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverage pairings. Our servers are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a fine-dining sushi restaurant and knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, and sake are highly desirable.

We are looking for a qualified candidate who meets the following requirements for our Server position:

• Must be 21 years & over: Due to the nature of our establishment and the serving of alcoholic beverages, all applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be legal to work in the U.S: All applicants must possess the necessary documentation to legally work within the United States.
• Must be fluent in English: As our primary language of communication with guests and staff, fluency in English is required for effective communication and excellent guest service.
• Must have Tam & Health Card: Applicants must possess a valid TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) Card and a Health Card, as required by the state of Nevada for foodservice employees.
• Must have server experience: Prior experience in a server role, preferably in a fine-dining or sushi restaurant, is necessary to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Must be flexible with hours: As a bustling and popular dining destination, our operating hours may vary, and we require team members who can adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
